For your orders within Turkey, if the products you order before 15:00 on weekdays are "available in stock", they are delivered to cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 are shipped the next day. Your international orders are transferred to UPS Cargo between Monday and Thursday and delivered to your address within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. Cargo charges may vary depending on your region and the cargo amount is reflected in the basket. For products that take time to be procured, the cargo delivery period is 3 business days as stated in the product details.

There are no exchanges or returns for evening dresses, delicate fabrics, stones, or products with detached or used labels.
