Delivery and Return Conditions

For orders within Turkey, items ordered before 3 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day if in stock. Orders placed after 3 PM are shipped the next day. International orders are transferred to UPS between Monday and Thursday and delivered to your address within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. Shipping costs may vary depending on your region and are reflected in your cart. For products that take longer to procure, the delivery time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details.

CERCIS – Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN

If you wish to return products purchased from CERCIS, we will gladly assist you under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of the invoice date,

• The product's protective seal is unopened.

• Labels are still attached.

• Unused products in resalable condition, along with all accessories, can be returned.

Products that do not meet these conditions are unacceptable and will be returned to you. We recommend that you inspect the product shortly after it arrives to ensure it is free from damage.

You can return your packages free of charge using UPS Cargo with code A294D0.

You will be notified by email when your return shipment reaches us. After review, refunds for approved returns will be transferred to your bank within 3 business days. Your bank's processing time may vary. Please note that the process is entirely dependent on your bank, and Cercis.com cannot interfere with bank processes. Refunds for installment purchases are processed in installments by the banks.

CHANGE

You can exchange undamaged products purchased from CERCIS under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of receiving the product,

• Exchanges are possible for products that meet the return and exchange conditions.

Exchange processes may vary depending on the campaign or product groups valid through our store infrastructure. Refunds are not possible during exchanges; only an exchange for a suitable product will be provided.

If the product is defective or faulty, your legal rights are reserved, and the process will be prioritized to ensure your satisfaction.
