Delivery and Return Conditions

For your orders within Turkey, products ordered before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered to cargo on the same day "if they are in stock." Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next day. Your international orders will be transferred to Yurtiçi Kargo between Monday-Thursday and delivered to your address within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. Shipping fees may vary according to your region and the shipping cost will be reflected in your cart. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 business days as stated in the product details.

 

CERCIS – Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

If you wish to return products purchased from CERCIS, we will gladly assist you under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days from the invoice date,

• Product protective band has not been opened,

• Tags have not been removed,

• Products that are unused and in resalable condition, along with all their accessories, can be returned.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We recommend checking the product shortly after it reaches you, without causing any damage.

You can send your return shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo using the code 1232546402.

As we have an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo, discounts are applied to return shipping fees.

You will be notified by e-mail when your return shipment reaches us. Payments for approved returns after inspection will be transferred to your bank within 3 business days. The processing time of your bank may vary. We would like to remind you that the process is entirely dependent on your bank and that Cercis.com cannot intervene in bank processes. Refunds for installment purchases are made by banks in installments.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange products purchased from CERCIS that have not undergone alteration under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days from the day the product reached you,

• Exchanges can be made for products that meet the return and exchange conditions.

Exchange processes may vary based on valid campaigns or product groups within our store infrastructure. During an exchange, no refunds can be issued; an exchange with a suitable product will be provided.

If the product is faulty or defective, your legal rights are reserved, and the process will be prioritized to ensure your satisfaction.
